Training for public access video and television is a 6 - 8 week course, depending upon the number of students and whether or not a potential producer will need to edit their programs. Currently, SBTV-3 has 50 public access producers in the city and Leisure World. For more information on the public access program and the facility, go to Who we are. In 1998, first-year video students and video major student of the Orange County High School of the Arts received their training in the facilities at SBTV-3.
